I’m 24F, married to my best friend, no kids. Im a huge geek. I’m diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and Panic Disorder. I’m here to help others. Ask me anything that’s on your mind. What’s the weather like? Do you experience psychosis? What are you currently reading? How do you handle the panic attacks? Nothing is off limits. I will answer with my experience and some resources. Best way to reduce the stigmas is by talking about them. Lets have an open and honest conversation. :):
