Not doing well mentally or physically. Throwing up and can't eat. Horribly anxious and my Borderline Personality Disorder is rearing it's ugly head badly. Feeling so abandoned. I just want to sleep and never wake up. I hate this.
This is my first post on this app, I came on here because I'm dealing with something that nobody in my real life is dealing with, my trauma and PTSD is really affecting my personal relationships. It affects how I act and I self sabotage bc of it and I have a low self esteem bc of it. Having bpd from abandonment issues doesn't help but I'm just trying to get by one day at a time.
Anyone try microdosing magic mushroom for depression, anxiety, ocd, bipolar, ADHD, autism symptoms, moody, bpd, etc? What were your experiences?
my name is Kiley I have not been diagnosed with anything, but long story short I had a very fucked up childhood. and now it is starting to effect my marriage. I am married to the most amazing woman. I am starting to act like my dad did, very controlling and kind of detached. But I know that person is not me. I don’t mean to make her feel that way. I should also add that she has bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, and borderline personality disorder. any advice/suggestions are appreciated thanks.
Hi. I suffer from borderline personality disorder, depression, and anxiety. I feel lonely a lot and like I have no one. Sometimes I think I should end my suffering.

The Borderline Personality Disorder Survival Guide: Everything You Need to Know About Living with BPD
If you or someone you love is struggling with borderline personality disorder (BPD), you need up-to-date, accurate, and accessible information on the problems you’re facing and where you can turn for help. But where do you look? Much of the professional literature on BPD is too technical and confusing to be of much help. And searching the Internet for accurate information can be treacherous, with some sites providing useful information and others giving dangerous advice and misinformation. If you’re living with BPD, this compassionate book offers what you really need: an easy-to-follow road map to guide you through this disorder and its treatment. This book provides answers to many of the questions you might have about BPD: What is BPD? How long does it last? What other problems co-occur with BPD? Overviews of what we currently know about BPD make up the first section of the book. Later chapters cover several common treatment approaches to BPD: DBT, mentalization-based treatment (MBT), and medication treatments. In the last sections of the book, you’ll learn a range of useful coping skills that can help you manage your emotions, deal with suicidal thoughts, and cope with some of the most distressing symptoms of BPD.
