grateful for the years of work it took me to recover from schizophrenia, severe social anxiety, and severe OCD. in high school I could truly barely function day to day or get work done. I would barely take care of myself, believe people were watching me, and that bad things would always happen if I didn’t do a compulsion. I am happy to say I’m formally undiagnosed with those:)

Hey guys. I suffer from mental health issues - depression, anxiety, and OCD. Anyone else deal with these disorders?? I’d love to meet more people who understand what I’m dealing with on a daily basis!

hi everyone! I just downloaded this app. I have fibromyalgia, OCD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. its so refreshing to meet others who go through similar things as me. you all are inspirational for simply living your lives to the best of your abilities <3 due to my mental illnesses, recently ive withdrawn from people. I'd love to make some new friends who know what I'm going through :)

Yo, first time trying to ask for help in 33 years. Been pulling out my hair, literally & w intention (eyebrows mainly), and not being able to stop, for 20 years aka Trichotillomania. Not sure if connected w OCD or sorts & wondering if anyone has good information on how to stop. Gracias Wanachachos.
