any suggestions on how to deal w/ hormonal acne from PCOS? my chin and all along my jawline are breaking out pretty badly

Chronic Lyme and ACNE. Ever since my Lyme flared up (over a year ago) I've been experiencing nonstop cystic acne breakouts. I'm currently receiving LDI as treatment. But hasn't made a difference. Anyone have any recommendations on how to treat? In a serious rut of self confidence.

I’ve noticed a direct relationship between my acne and my health- as health has declined acne has been out of control (seems to be mostly cystic). Any holistic therapies/suggestions that have actually worked?

Depression and disassociation have been really bad over the last few days. Husband nearly left me. my acne has gone rampant, my I.C. is flaring so im curling up in a ball in pain. im absolutely exhausted all the time. trying to function and be a mom and manage to get up in the morning and stay out of the bed all day.
