I have depression, anxiety, and ptsd. My psychiatrist has me on antidepressants as well as medications for ADD; the notion being that they get me up and moving and motivated. The first time i tried them i was wired, but then I calmed down. I also don’t have any response to caffeine. it calms me. the meds just make me calmer and happier and more focused. could I have ADD or ADHD and have missed being diagnosed?
I’ve been so against fitbits or any wearable technology BUT gave in to start tracking my sleep. I’m shocked & it explains my constant exhaustion I’m in bed for 9 hours and only sleeping 3-4. It shows me restless more than asleep. Any tips other than the usual which I already do-no caffeine, keep strict bedtime, mag glycinate, no screens before bed
