Super curious how much caffeine you have and what you usually drink? Love matcha but don’t know if it always gives me the caffeine I need!

I recently gave up coffee (and caffeine) because I’ve been getting stomach aches from it, but I miss that instant energy boost that it gave me. How do you stay energized throughout the day? please share tips!

I am a HUGE coffee fan but want to find an alternative source for caffeine and energy because coffee really elevates my anxiety and makes me jittery. What are some good options you have tried?!

I have depression, anxiety, and ptsd. My psychiatrist has me on antidepressants as well as medications for ADD; the notion being that they get me up and moving and motivated. The first time i tried them i was wired, but then I calmed down. I also don’t have any response to caffeine. it calms me. the meds just make me calmer and happier and more focused. could I have ADD or ADHD and have missed being diagnosed?

I’ve been so against fitbits or any wearable technology BUT gave in to start tracking my sleep. I’m shocked & it explains my constant exhaustion I’m in bed for 9 hours and only sleeping 3-4. It shows me restless more than asleep. Any tips other than the usual which I already do-no caffeine, keep strict bedtime, mag glycinate, no screens before bed

Does caffeine work for anyone (even just a little bit)? I feel like my fatigue is so bad, caffeine barely does anything. It helps a little during a “workout”, but that’s it. I take a 200mg, highly rated natural caffeine pill and I’m still exhausted 😩
