Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a compound that occurs naturally in the body, especially in your heart, liver, kidneys, and pancreas. It’s also found in fish like salmon and tuna, organ meats (liver, for one), and whole grains. As for its benefits, CoQ10 is an antioxidant that might reduce inflammation and boost your metabolism.
