I got a subscription to a company that delivers fresh eucalyptus to your door once a month. Eucalyptus can be used in your shower hanging up and last 3-4 weeks. It’s wonderful for your sinus and relaxation. It's really helped open my nasal passages and also helped my headaches taking a semi-cold shower to relieve pain. PSA! The Dr Teals epsom salt “muscle recovery soak” with arnica, menthol and eucalyptus is AMAZING for pain! It helps my body pain/fatigue, back pain and even sciatica. Personally I can notice a difference between it and regular epsom salt baths. It’s hard to find, try Amazon or Walgreens.
