What diet has helped you the most? I really struggle a bit with plant based vs watching my carb intake while dealing with some insulin resistance / PCOS issues. Can’t figure out which is more beneficial so would love any suggestions or insight!

I just got prescribed insulin shots to take daily. I’m in shock- only 24 years old. Does anyone have any tips/tricks for sticking yourself?

for anyone here who has diabetes, i found a great app that helps keep track of your blood sugars, meals, insulin, and weight. it’s called “bant”. if you’re struggling to keel track i hope this helps! it’s helped me so far

I think I am the only diabetic in the WORLD...who has had it for over 10 years and still manages to forget to take my insulin sometimes, silly me.
