Sometimes, when a doctor comes in to the room, I can almost tell they've taken a quick look at my extensive medical chart and have already made their mind up that they can’t help me, before they’ve even met me. I had been in a lot I went to physical therapy and tried exercise at home. But yet I am pain. I got diagnosed with psoriasis arthritis. I also walk with a cane from losing my balance and falling. I am constantly dragging my leg forcing myself to walk.
I found out yesterday I have stage 2-3 uterine prolapse. My doctor is fitting me for a pessary and recommended physical therapy. Does anyone have experience with this? I’m 29, no kids, but I do have hEDS, so that’s probably the culprit. Mostly I am curious if PT was helpful and how a pessary hasaffected things for better or worse.
17 years in pain. New pain management doctor. Same old routine, physical therapy first before doing anything else. I'll jump through the hoops this time again because I cant stand it anymore. But is there hope?
While my TMJ has gotten better over the past month with physical therapy, the tinnitus has gotten progressively worse and my doctors don’t understand why. We’ve tried almost everything and I’m starting to lose hope that I’ll ever get better. How you stay positive knowing that your condition can only get worse from here?
it's been a good week but I am a little nervous for my last physical therapy appointment today, I'm not great with transitioning out of routines
