Trazodone

Hey there! I am on a TON of meds for depression and anxiety. My problem is SLEEP! I literally do not sleep. I wear ear plugs, a face mask, I take clonazepam 4mg, nortryptyline 25mg, and I’m soon to be put on trazodone at the end of the month. I’m scared but I literally cannot fall asleep. I’m taking anything I can to fall asleep. What can I do?!

I still think about my ex. Even though it will be three weeks this Friday. It was 5 and a half years. He was super abusive but I still love him? Why? I have such animosity against him. I am only sleeping 2-3 hours a night and I take trazodone. It’s horrible. I don’t know what to do and I don’t see my therapist/psych For two weeks

I ran out of trazodone a couple nights ago, which I use to help me sleep. I’ve slept maybe 6 hours in the last two days. It’s been tough. It sucks to be reliant on a med like this, but it is the Only thing that helps. I’ve tried melatonin, herbs, over the counter sleep aids, meditation, essential oils... none of it works. Let’s hope I can sleep decently tonight, and my prescription is filled tomorrow.

Any recommendations for sleep when you are in extreme pain (neck and right shoulder)? Have tried CBD, magnesium, trazodone, meditation, valerian root, melatonin.
