What is the purpose of the community tab?
Wana provides you with curated matches based on your symptoms and diagnoses. Check out each other’s profiles, find commonalities, and communicate directly with them through messaging. Our users love to learn from one another!
- “Go To Profile” to find more information about the user
- “Send Message” to direct message the user
WanaLibrary
What is the purpose of the WanaLibrary?
The WanaLibrary, written by a team of medical experts, offers curated information on symptoms, treatments, diagnoses and diets. It provides current books, podcasts and videos to further support your health journey. The WanaLibrary also identifies other users who are diagnosed or have mentioned the many terms in our library.
I don’t see my symptoms, treatment or diagnosis, how do I add them?
If you are unable to find your symptom, treatment or diagnosis in the WanaLibrary after searching for the term:
- Type in your symptom, treatment or diagnosis you wish to add it its respective section
- Press “Add Diagnosis”
Feed
What is the purpose of the feed?
The Wana feed is a place to ask a question, give advice, express gratitude and talk about an experience to the Wana community. On the Wana feed you can interact with posts by commenting and liking.
How do I block a user?
To block a user:
Navigate to users profile
Locate “...” icon in top right corner
Press “Block User”
How do I report a user?
To report a user:
Navigate to users profile
Locate “...” icon in top right corner
Press “Report User”
How do I report a post?
To report a post:
Locate “...” icon in top right corner of post
Press “Report Post”
How do I report a comment?
To report a comment:
Press and hold the chat box you are wishing to report.
Press “Report Comment”

What is the purpose of direct messages (DM’s)?
Direct messages (DM’s) on Wana is a way for users to connect with each other one on one. DM’s give you the ability to privately chat, share experiences, advice and support to another community member.
