How to Find Balance Through NeuroPraxis Mind Training

Brain workouts, anyone?! Join Wana + Jody Levy and Lisa Wimberger to learn how to shift brain neuroplasticity and support wellbeing

1. Tell us a bit about yourself: What do you do? How did you get into what you do?

Years ago, I suffered from a debilitating seizure disorder resulting in tonic grand mal seizures. This resulted in flat lining, ER visits, and utter hopelessness. I was not epileptic and doctors had no effective course of action. I had a chronic nerve pattern response for which there was no medication. Taking my healing into my own hands led me to study neuroscience. A world of healing and opportunity opened to me as I learned about my central nervous system and its capacity to repattern through neuroplasticity. I dedicated myself to my own healing. In 2007 I created a protocol, that I named Neurosculpting®, that completely stopped my seizures. At that moment, I knew it was my mission to share these Neurosculpting® practices with those suffering from illness, disease, and emotional and traumatic distress. It became my life’s purpose.

In 2019, I met my business partner Jody. Jody had cleared herself of CIRS (mold toxicity) and Lyme Disease and was still having lifestyle impacting, agonizing pain in her back and joints. She was about to go in for stem cell therapy and surgery when she learned about Neurological pain patterns in chronic and biotoxic patients. Jody was introduced to my work and she tracked me down personally so that we could work together. In four efficient Neurosculpting® sessions, her pain [that she had had for over 20 years] was gone. For someone who had tried everything, she was elated to say the least.
Jody and I became fast friends and she saw how effective my Neurosculpting® was for Lyme, Mold and biotoxic illness in addition to other lifestyle areas. We both came together with a dream to share this work with as many people as possible. We went into the studio and I recorded over 75 hours of mind modules related to all the symptoms Jody had outlined and my other chronic illness patients had gone through in years past. We worked with our third partner EchoCharlie to build the magic – bring our vision to life with beautiful design and clean tech and alas ... NeuroPraxis Digital App was born!

2. How does NeuroPraxis work? How do you use it?

NeuroPraxis is a digital app made up of interactive Neurosculpting® modules that shift brain neuroplasticity and support wellbeing. Each module has been designed to support people during times of active or acute symptomology and stress, as well as for prevention and maintenance related to biotoxic illness.

NeuroPraxis is a series of meditation-like modules that invoke balance. It is for anyone and everyone struggling with PTSD, chronic pain, cognitive imbalance, and stress. NeuroPraxis Mind Modules are between 5-15 minutes, they are like meditations that invoke wellness, calm, and balance. Our application is designed for daily use to optimize results. We cover re-programming topics that connect to the physical body, emotional body, mental acuity and more. We have designed every NeuroPraxis module to support people during times of active or acute symptomology and stress, as well as for prevention and maintenance.

Every module starts with a somewhat whimsical brain preparation. These imaginative directions help engage your prefrontal cortex while also stimulating a bilateral engagement between the left and right hemispheres. Treat these modules as a meditation to be done in a quiet space or feel free to practice while taking a walk-in nature, riding your bike, however you can best integrate in your daily life.

How do you do it? Simply select a module, press play, relax and listen.

3. What are the benefits of doing NeuroPraxis and who is the best candidate for it?

NeuroPraxis has been created out of the belief in helping people optimize their own wellness. We set out creating a digital platform to support people suffering from BIOTOXICITY: symptoms associated with Lyme Disease, Mold Disease (otherwise known as CIRS- Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome), symptoms associated with viruses, parasites, and other types of environmental imbalances.

The NeuroPraxis framework is comprised of two sections. It is designed to support our users during times of active or acute symptomology. “Beyond It” is designed to support you during times of prevention and maintenance. Each section contains five module libraries to support specific reprogramming topics. Using the app helps to balance and alleviate symptoms of suffering including pain patterns, anxiety, stress, discomfort, depression and more.

4. Top tips to maximize results using NeuroPraxis

The key is integrating NeuroPraxis into your daily routine so that it does not add any pressure to our already limited time for ourselves.

There are two ways to use NeuroPraxis.
The first is to use as a tool to repattern a specific symptom and get ourselves out of biotoxic limbic loops. In that instance, you find the modules that tune to the balancing of that neural loop and you do it repeatedly. For example, joint and back pain associated with mold exposure and tick-borne illnesses. You may choose to do modules form the Brain + Body + Bones section for the entire first month of using NeuroPraxis to alleviate your chronic symptoms. Sometimes you do this every day for a week, you could go back to this module periodically as you introduce others in. The repetitive nature allows for long lasting effects.
The second way to use NeuroPraxis is as a spot treatment. You are experiencing anxiety and you go to the Energy + Anxiety + Experience sections and do an ANXIETY module.

You will see experience the fastest results with consistent use. Structure your time with NeuroPraxis so you enjoy that time for yourself and make it a priority in your day to day living.

5. Having gone through your own health journey, what advice would you give to others going through it?

“The journey of healing is all about balancing the internal and external landscape. The moment I realized that, I took all the pressure off myself to try to be a certain way or meet an expectation of myself that was a mental construct. I started to enjoy the process of learning how to balance, observing what makes me feel good and what makes me feel bad. I learned the language of my being and how to interpret that language to be in optimal health.

There are moments where I feel off kilter, like all people, there are lots of outside influences, and inside influences, but I enjoy the process and have fun figuring out the best approach to attaining balance in any moment or situation.” - Jody Levy Co-Founder NeuroPraxis

Years ago, and for much of Lisa’s life, she suffered from a debilitating seizure disorder resulting in tonic grand mal seizures. This resulting in flat lining, ER visits, and utter hopelessness. She was not epileptic and doctors had no effective course of action. She had a chronic nerve pattern response for which there was no medication. In an effort to transform her life, she learned about the central nervous system and its capacity to re-pattern through neuroplasticity.
